一、玻璃鋼管道與機(jī)器連接前，應(yīng)防止強(qiáng)力相對(duì)，在自由狀態(tài)下檢查法蘭的平行度和同軸度。 二、安全閥應(yīng)垂直安裝，在投入試運(yùn)行時(shí)，要及時(shí)調(diào)校安全閥。安全閥的調(diào)校在系統(tǒng)上進(jìn)行，開啟和回座壓力要符合設(shè)計(jì)文件的規(guī)定。 三、儀表元件的臨時(shí)替代：所有儀表元件安裝時(shí)，均采用臨時(shí)元件替代，等試壓、沖洗、吹掃工作結(jié)束后，投料前再正式安裝。 四、閥門安裝前，按設(shè)計(jì)文件核對(duì)其型號(hào)，并按介質(zhì)流向確定其安裝方向。當(dāng)閥門與管道以法蘭或螺紋方式連接時(shí)，閥門應(yīng)在關(guān)閉狀態(tài)下安裝;如以焊接方式安裝時(shí)，閥門不得關(guān)閉。 1.
